These are 8 inch metallic red stretch loops. These red elastic bows are 1/16" diameter, shiny metallic, braided, elastic cord that comes tied into a loop with a bow. Stretches easily, like a rubber band, to at least twice its length. The 8 inch length shown is approximate circumference.
